Accessibility statement
We aim to make crebiso.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our improvements are guided by WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility status
We declare that, when creating and updating crebiso.com, we apply the accessibility principles below with the aim of meeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Internal automated checks have found no violations within the rules run so far. This result does not establish full conformance of the entire website, which has not yet been verified.
What we are improving
Clear wording, heading structure, form labels, keyboard operation, visible focus and reduced animation based on device preferences.
Limitations
Comprehensive testing with screen readers and people with disabilities has not yet been completed. External services and linked product websites are outside the scope of this statement. Blog search, some language switching and cookie settings require JavaScript.
Website and content accessibility principles
When publishing and updating content, we follow these principles:
- Write clear text with a logical heading structure and links whose purpose is understandable.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images should not add unnecessary output for screen readers.
- Maintain readable contrast, text resizing and content that adapts to smaller screens. Do not convey information through colour alone.
- Label controls and forms clearly, support keyboard operation and visible focus, and explain errors.
- For new audiovisual content and documents, consider captions, text alternatives and an accessible structure appropriate to the content.
Standard and European directives
Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. WCAG is a W3C standard, not an EU directive. WCAG 2.2
- Directive (EU) 2019/882 — European Accessibility Act. Covers selected products and services, including e-commerce; it does not automatically apply to every informational business website.
- Directive (EU) 2016/2102 — accessibility of websites and mobile applications. Applies to public sector bodies. We cite it as context, without asserting that it legally applies to CREBISO.
Scope and assessment method
Internal checks covered automated accessibility rules, selected keyboard scenarios, the contact form, cookie settings and mobile layout. This statement covers content on crebiso.com. Results relate to the reviewed local version; the production version also needs checking after deployment.
