What does the first step of collaboration look like?
We start with a 30-minute call where we go through your goal, context, constraints and expected outcome. Based on that, we recommend a concrete next step — discovery, a prototype, an audit or going straight to execution.
Do you only design the solution or also carry out the delivery?
Both. We can step in as CTO support and a strategic partner, but we can equally deliver a prototype, an MVP or complete custom development including AI, integrations and deployment to production.
Why shouldn't we just use ChatGPT for enterprise AI?
Public AI tools are excellent for personal use, but in a company they introduce real risks around sensitive data, auditing and GDPR. That's why we build on dedicated AI platforms with full control over data, a kill switch and an audit trail.
What kinds of companies benefit most from working with you?
We work best with companies of roughly 5 to 200 people that are tackling a new product, an internal system, process chaos or an AI deployment and need fast senior progress without an unnecessary organizational layer.
How much does collaboration cost and how long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A prototype is usually a matter of 1 to 2 weeks, a pilot 2 to 6 weeks and an MVP 4 to 8 weeks. The first call comes with no obligation, and on it we assess a realistic scope and a rough estimate.
Who owns the code and data after the collaboration ends?
You do. The code, data and infrastructure belong to the client. We don't tie clients into proprietary lock-in models, and we never block access to repositories or documentation.
Do you also handle online marketing and SEO?
Yes, through our marketing studio mycorp.digital. We keep performance campaigns, SEO audits, landing pages and content strategy as a separate, specialized layer.
Do you also run training for internal teams?
